We will provide you with
Training
- We train you as a Steinpfleger in theoretical and practical sessions.
- At our Steinpfleger academy in Nordhorn, our technical managers will teach you how to sell and carry out the refurbishment of paved surfaces. You will learn how your cleaning machine works and how to maintain and use it correctly.
- Real jobs - Our experienced Steinpfleger will show you the processes on real jobs and provide you with intensive training, from measuring to the trial area and the execution.
- You will receive various theoretical training courses. For example, on the general procedure on the job or the different types of stone.
BACKOFFICE / IT
- Our (and your) internal sales team takes care of the initial telephone enquiries and advises interested parties so that you have time for your customers.
- The team organises your appointment planner and sets up dates for work and installation in our online calendar in consultation with you. This means you always know what the back office has to plan, but don't have to be constantly on your mobile phone yourself.
- Our own IT-software allows you to be in constant and direct contact with all employees and franchise partners. A feed system lets you know immediately if there is anything exciting new.
- Offers, orders, invoices...! Sure, you need to be able to do that too. The intuitive programme from Steinpfleger is available for this purpose.
Work equipment
- No need to search for suppliers, we provide you with all products for daily use on the construction site directly from the systemhub.
- Simply order in the internal online shop and your order will be on its way shortly afterwards.
ONGOING SUPPORT
- Problems? That can happen ... our experienced Steinpfleger will support you via our internal IT-software by video or voice call.
- New employees? Of course, they also need to be fully trained. After they have completed their probationary period, or before if they wish, they will receive comprehensive training with us, just like you. Until then, they are welcome to lend a helping hand, but are not yet allowed to advise or process on their own.
Equipment
- You will receive your basic equipment for the professional refurbishment of paving surfaces directly from us. Our experienced pavers know what's important and which equipment is best for the job. From vacuum cleaners to brooms, everything you need is included!
- In addition to your work materials, your branded work clothing is also included.
- Marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, folders, promotional gifts, protocols and much more are also included right at the start.
- Vehicle advertising? This also comes directly from your Steinpfleger partner and is included. You only have to choose the vehicle yourself. If you wish, our partners can assist you with short delivery times and favourable conditions.
Marketing
- A marketing package is included in your basic equipment. We create Google and social media ads for you and often also contribute to the costs as part of funding programmes.
- Our marketing department continuously creates and maintains your data and is always at your side for everything that can be printed.
- Online advertising on various channels? Here, too, we are your reliable partner and present you in your region.
- Find employees. Of course you want to grow. We create advertising campaigns to find the right staff and provide you with interview guidelines. If you wish, we can conduct the first interviews together.
Business plan, commercial and IT training
- Together we will draw up a business and financial plan for you, which you will have checked by tax advisors and bankers of your choice. Your business plan will be tailored to your specifications and individual situation.
- We will show you the basics of business administration and provide you with a tax consultant if required.
- You will gain an insight into the calculation of economic key figures, giving you the basis for making calculations.
